- Getting official quotes for rock, rock spreading and road grader.
Update Road Signs

- Decided as a whole to post private property no trespassing signs
individually to each owner's property at their discretion.
- Demetra will collect prices for our new sign
Open discussion with owner Jody Spence regarding commercial use of
property
- Association voiced view of the intent of restrictions (residential living). Concerned about our road, safety of our neighborhood, our water supply, and our inability to fight someone later for wanting to start another business in our community if we allow him to operate his business.
- Mr. Spence has requested that we give him until March or April or until he finds other property (which ever comes first) and he will gladly move. His intent was not to move into a residential area.
- Will have lawyers draw up contract regarding this request within the next 30 days.
