Projects completed in the past quarter
- Association banking account.
- The officers have opened a bank account requiring the signatures
of at least two officers. All money to date has been deposited.
Projects planned in the next quarter
- No road projects planned this quarter.
- The members of the Association have decided to delay work until
rainy season is over. We have decided to start work the end
July. First step will be to grade the road and then apply rock.
We will be starting from the dead end of Hilltop Lane and working
To CR 643. CW has a quote of $330 for a 24 ton/17 yrd truck of
Rock. We are looking for bids on graders. Jeff Frederick has
recommended Sand's in Farmersville, and the Deutsch's has
recommended Copeland's in Princeton.
Treasurer's Report
- Everyone has paid except for the house on Stilts. Not sure if Matt is responsible for paying or Debbie.
- Balance in account $2020
- Account was be opened on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at Bank One
in Rockwall. Name on the account will be Hilltop Acres Property
Association. All four officers will be required to sign signature
card at the Bank. Updated status: Angela to request
EIN number from IRS in order to setup bank account.
- Monthly dues/$35 a month, if a member wants to pay by the year
cost will be $420. Dues collected each year for the Association
if all 14 recorded owners pay will be $5880.
Location of next meeting
- Mac and Darla Lafon have volunteered their home for the next
meeting in June. Meeting date is the first Sunday in June at 3:00pm
General discussion
- Angela Chapman states she has plenty of feed sacks to share
if anyone is interested.
- The Lafon's are looking for a roofer
- Angela Chapman suggested Bostic Roofing in Royse City.
Meeting concluded with a Potluck Supper.
