1] Offices and responsibilities are:
 Hilltop Acres Cabinet:
    A] Consists of the president, vice president, secretary, 
       and treasurer.
    B] Receive, request and decide on bids for rock, labor 
       and other possible expenses
 President: 
    A] Maintain open communication between property owners
    B] Support other officers in their duties
    C] Chair meetings
 Vice President:
    A] Handle the president's responsibilities as needed
    B] Plan labor, equipment and rock delivery
 Secretary:
    A] Handle all issues including legal with the county
    B] Write and circulate a newsletter.  Submissions must be made by
       the 15th of even months and the newsletter will be made
       available the last day of every even month.  It should 
       include: 
       1. Last meeting's minutes if a meeting took place in the last 
          two months (recorded by the secretary)
       2. Notification of next meeting time and location
       3. Previous Balance, Amount Collected in the past two months, 
          Amount Paid Out, and Current Balance
       4. Status of work complete and next step to be taken (info
          from VP)
       5. Community News/Buy-Sell-Trade
 Treasurer:
    A] Collect dues, approve purchases, and maintain record of monies
    B] Notify president and secretary of unpaid dues

2] Nominate and vote on officers:
    A] The president and secretary will be voted in every even year.
    B] The vice president and treasurer will voted in every odd year.
    C] Nominations will begin at the December meeting.  All 
       nominations must be made on or before February 15 by 
       contacting at least one of the officers whose position is 
       not up for election.   
    D] Elections will occur at the March meeting.  If a property 
       owner cannot attend, they may send a written, sealed vote 
       along with any property owner.
    E] One vote per property owner.  A property owner is defined as 
       an individual or family unit that owns one or more piece of 
       property. Never will a property owner be allowed to vote more 
       than once per office per election.  

3] Meetings
    A] Meetings will take place every March, June, September and 
       December (all months whose number is divisible by three) on 
       the 1st Sunday at 3:00 PM.
    B] Meeting locations will be decided no later than two weeks 
       prior to the meeting time.
    C] The property owner hosting the meeting is encouraged to plan 
       a Pot Luck meal.

4] Dues
    A] Each property owner is required to pay $35 on or before the 
       1st of each month to the treasurer.
    B] Rock deliveries, road grading or other approved projects 
       should be planned to take place no more than 30 days after 
       the amount collected is sufficient to cover the costs.  Rock 
       deliveries, road grading or special project may be postponed 
       due to bad weather but, must be completed within a total of 
       60 days from the time the funds were sufficient to cover the 
       costs.
